Born in Denver, Colorado, Annette Lowman made her singing debut at the age of 14. Since then she has embarked on a fulfilling career which has given her the opportunity to experience many different cultures beyond the borders of American soil. Between 1983 and 1998 she moved to Europe and made Paris her second home. She recently returned to the US and is now residing on the West Coast in Portland, Oregon.
